CPTF Board of Trustees Meeting

A meeting of the Board of Trustees will be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 10:15 a.m. in the CTPF office.

Please note that ending times for all meetings are approximate. The Board of Trustees meeting agenda includes additional information about the meeting schedule.

The meeting agenda will be posted in the Diligent Community meeting management system in accordance with the Open Meetings Act.

In-Person Attendance

If you plan to attend the meeting in person, email administrativeservices@ctpf.org at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting with your first and last name. CTPF will register your attendance with the building to facilitate entry to the meeting.  

Preparing for Your Visit 

• Members visiting CTPF must present a valid, government-issued photo ID to the building’s security team before being admitted to the office. Please plan extra time to clear security. 

Remote Attendance

A remote attendance option is available for all public meetings, allowing for remote public participation.
